If you are not happy with the product, we want to make it right. Snap of pic of what you received and contact us to arrange for return or replacement.
If The Shoes Don't Fit
Before ordering, please carefully review the Sizing information on our site. If you don't like the fit of the shoes, we can arrange for a free replacement. There is one free replacement per order. Please contact us and let us know what was wrong with the fit - too narrow, too wide, etc., as well as the new size you would like, and we'll take care of the rest.
We move quickly, so if you want to change your order, please contact us ASAP. For custom order, production starts within 24 hours, so your best bet is to contact us through Facebook Messenger by using the Message link on any page of our site, or though Facebook directly.

If you would like to add something to your order, please place a new order.
Order Not Received
Before requesting a refund or replacement, please see our Shipping page for information on delivery timelines. If more than 30 days have passed since your order to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom or Australia, please let us know. For other international orders, please allow 45 days before requesting a refund or replacement.
